Free 30-Day Trial Form Teardown (THIS SECTION IS ADDITIONAL)

  • Mandatory Contact Number:
    • Problem Statement: The trial form has the contact number as a mandatory field. Users may be hesitant to share their contact number at the initial touchpoint, which can lead to users not continuing with the Free Trial journey.
    • Why This Matters: Users are often cautious about sharing personal information, especially during their first interaction with Mera Monitor. Making the contact number optional could improve completion rates.

  • Email Validation:
    • Problem Statement: The system does not perform email validation upon entry to check if the email address is already associated with an existing organization in the Mera Monitor system. System does not send account activation email.
    • Why This Matters: User did not receive any activation email and communication which is resulting confusion and frustration. Validating emails early in the process ensures a smoother onboarding experience.

  • Organization Name Validation:
    • Problem Statement: The system should validate the organization name entered by the user to check if the organization is already onboarded.
    • Why This Matters: User did not receive any activation email and communication which is resulting confusion and frustration. Validating organization name early in the process ensures a smoother onboarding experience.

  • User Feedback Mechanism:
    • Problem Statement: There should be a mechanism for users to create issues or suggest improvements in the onboarding process.
    • Why This Matters: Allowing users to provide feedback directly during onboarding helps identify pain points in real-time and shows users that their input is valued, leading to continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

ACTIVTION MATRIX - (THIS SECTION IS MODIFIED)

image.png

Reasons for the Activation Matrix -

Based on the nature of the ICP, once the above 4 actions are completed, we can confirm this customer to be active, and can then focus on ensuring retention.

Implementation -

Based on this activation matrix, we are in the process of defining the following -

  • The activation points to mark the customer database at the various points
  • An activated customer report, which utilizes the defined touchpoints to define and list activated customers.
